As the Anna is a small, cozy hotel, do not expect things like congress halls, shop cascades and lots of other amenities you can find in the big ones. We are focused to provide the independent traveler with maximum comfort by providing the following services:

• telefax service at the reception desk
• WIFI Internet connection in all hotel areas
• e-mail delivery for hotel guests
• excursions
• tickets to opera, theatre and shows
• flight confirmations
• photocopy
• translation and secretarial services upon request

the above list is just what we do regularly, but we are prepared to arrange anything the customer might need
