In addition to SSL encryption, Hotel Anna *** regularly audits all activity on its servers, and performs routine security analysis on all systems, datastores, and procedures to ensure that information is not compromised.
Hotel services
Reception is open from 6:30 till 23:00.
As the Anna is a small, cozy hotel, do not expect things like congress halls, shop cascades and lots of other amenities you can find in the big ones. We are focused to provide the independent traveler with maximum comfort by providing the following services:

- telefax service at the reception desk
- WIFI Internet connection in all hotel areas
- e-mail delivery for hotel guests
- excursions
- tickets to opera, theatre and shows
- flight confirmations
- photocopy

The above list is just what we do regularly, but we are prepared to arrange anything the customer might need
Come to enjoy our rich buffet breakfast, which is served daily from 7:30 till 10:00 in our new winter garden.
The breakfast room has a glass roof. While having a buffet breakfast you can watch the sun coming up the sky to start a new day.
Transfer from Airport / Train station to Hotel
We recommend to use the hotel transportation service for the fixed guarantee rates.
We offer you transfers from the airport and from a train station (or from the hotel Anna to train station / airport).
